Troubleshooting with my sony DSC-S600 camera?

hi. well...i lent my sister when she went to greece my beloved camera...and she came with it a little broken. the grey shutters that cover the camera lens when it's turned off won't work....they are jammed...i really dunno....do u know anything bout this kind of prob? or shall i go to get it serviced?:|

hmmm you should have it serviced. Probably a particle gets into the lens cover or something like that.

However I'm not sure about how much does it cost - it could be cheaper to get a new camera instead.

Your sister should either pay for having it repaired or buy you a new camera. It will probably be cheaper to replace than to repair.
