My camera MINOLTA dimage F200 has the lens that wont stick out, how do i repair it?

First- new batteries, as suggested above.

but- barring that- The only way is to send it back to minolta for repair. Fortunately- Sony is now handling all minolta repairs.
The F200 was good in its day, but the new cameras are so much better. Instead of paying probably $75 for a repair on your F200, you might want to just toss it and buy a Fuji F20 for $140 at Dell. It does everything so much faster, and is so much better in low light conditions- it will be worth it.

The Minolta F series is sloooooow. it takes about 6 seconds to start it up. That would drive me nuts.
