What are the cinema camera lenses size ?

what are the cinema camera lenses size , what is the size for close up , medium close up , long shot ..thanks

Everybody knows that Panavision pretty much has a monopoly there. It looks like the range is from 12.5mm all the way to 280mm (assuming you're using 35mm film).
