Canon camera 300D 6.1megapixels body + lens 18-55mm?

This camera is about 3 years old, replaced by the 350D and that has been replaced by the 400D.

The 18-55mm kit lens that comes with this camera, is not a great lens...but if you can buy the camera & lens at a very cheap price, then it might make a good intro camera for digital SLR photography.
