How to clean the lens of a digital camera ?

Skip the lense cleaning kit...the liquid it uses can leave a deposit and film on your lens. There are a couple ways:

The best: Get a micro-fiber cleaning cloth ($5 from a camera store). Blow the excess dust off the lens with your breath or a very soft photographic brush. Then fog the lens by breathing on it (please --no spitting) and wipe the lense clean with the microfiber cloth. This will remove just about anything. Repeat a second time for hard to remove spots. Do not press hard...just rub lightly.

A lens-pen is also a good solution (about $10 at a camera store).
