Does removing the lens from a film SLR camera destroy the whole roll of film if the film is already inside? |
I'm using a Rebel K2. My sister didn't know that I already loaded it with film when she decided to change the lens. I had some shots in there for my class, and I'm sort of hoping that they're not ruined. The SLR camera is mainly designed for interchanging the lenses and shoot .So don't be worry nothing will happen even if you interchange the lens, with the film inside. You'll be fine. The reflector door is tight to the camera body, allowing you to change lenses. Just don't open the film door. your pictures should be safe as long as no one pressed the trigger/ Nope. Just don't hit the shutter release. Hi ! The lens you can change just don't open the film door. no, you can change the lenses as many times as you'd like .. just don't open the film door.. that's what will expose the film to light and ruin the pictures.. they are not ruined...switching lenes while there is film in the camera has no effect at all on the film...light does not enter the camera. |
