Help! I dropped my camera and the lens won't move?

When I turn it on I can hear a clicking noise when the retractable lens try to open but they're jammed. I can't view my photos or anything. It's a Sony Cybershot DSC-P10. What should I do?

You need a repair ($125 or more) or a new camera. Sorry.

If your photos are on a memory card, at least you haven't lost them.

People, people, people ... you have to take better care of your digital cameras. They are NOT cell phones or mp3 players. What they are, are precision, delicate instruments they must not be abused.

buy another one and dont drop it
