It's Sony and it keeps saying to turn my camera off and on again
i was previewing pics and then my lens went in and it said "turn the power off and on again" and i did and it keeps saying the same thing. i tried like 15 times.... when i turn it on the lens goes in and out and then it finally goes in and says "turn the power off and on again". i didn't drop it or anything and the lens look perfectly the same... can anyone help .....? I would try turning the camera off then remove the memory card. Restart the camera, does the function correctly now? If yes, then the memory card is causing a fault. If the card is the problem, transfer the pictures off the card then reformat the memory card. If no, then try turning off the camera remove the batteries then connect the camera with a AC adapter. Turn camera on, does it work now? If yes, then replace the batteries. If no, then see if you have a code on the display of the camera when you turn it on. Should be in upper right hand side of display. Should start with a C, something like C:32:00.
The code will tell you whats wrong. |
