On the site, seek out either a TROUBLESHOOTING, CUSTOMER SERVICE (or SUPPORT) or TECHNICAL SUPPORT area. Click on those for either some fix it solutions, or e-mail inquiries of what the problem MAY be and where you can bring your camera in locally for repairs.
