My digital kodak camera says lens error everytime i turn it on...then it turns its self off..please help?

it needs repair
the lens is damaged

I have an Easyshare CD33 and it might be that the lens has a bad scratch or it's dirty, or something got into it.... My advice go to a Good Camera shop like Wolf Camera or something, I just went there and they have a lot of Easyshares so they can probably help;.

Make sure you have good batteries because that use to happen to me when my batteries were dieing. Mike
