How do I e-mail a short video clip that I took with my digital camera?

I took a 30 second clip with my Canon Powershot s3 and I need to e-mail it to my mother.

put it on the computer
from your email
press attach

You can upload it to a video sharing website and email the link, or you can just email the video file directly.

I have used photobucket and dropshots, you can get a free account on both and both should be able to handle that short of a video.
