Is there any way to recover accidently deleted files from a digital camera's memory card?

Last night I accidently deleted a 20-second video from the SD memory card using my Canon SD200. Is there any way to recover the video from the card or is in lost forever?

Sorry, but once you delete something like that it's gone forever... Most digital camera's have a way to lock pictures or video clips so you can't delete them, maybe you should try that :-)

There are solutions that will help you recover deleted images: check out the following for an example -

There's lots of ways to do this. It is not gone forever until you overwrite or reformat. Check out http://www.recovermyfiles.com/ Report It

NOPE!
