Can anyone tell me how to get this camera to keep the pictures in the order that they were taken?? When I upload them onto my computer they are all jumbled. I'm not sure what it's doing, I get some of the first ones then some of the last ones, a few of the middle ones at the end.....and it's different every time. Any Ideas?? When you download, check to see how you are downloading them. When I download mine, I have it take new photos and put them into a folder by date. They are always in order inside that folder.
Also, because the images are numbered, once inside the folder, you can sort them by number. It is in your computer. In the file manager, there is a default setting. Usually the files are sorted by file name. Other options include file size, file date and file type, tags, rating, even by lens type.
Go into the "sort by" option and choose file name as the default.
Or I could be a bad boy and tell you that it is a Canon problem and you should buy a 4x5 vew camera and be done with it. ;>) |
