Which digital camera is the best?

I would like to buy digital camera. There are few digital camera brands that I have in mind.

1. Canon Ixus 950 IS
2. Panasonic Lumix FX50
3. Casio Exilim Hi Zoom EX-V7

Please advice! Thank you.

Actually all of these cameras are fairly decent. But since I'm biased, I'd recommend a FujiFilm Finepix. They really are great cameras.

the megapixil is whats important the higher the better i had a 8 meg Kodak it was the best one i ever had

canon is the best

lens quality is number one, no point in having lots of megapix of crap, expect the lumix will be the sharpest lens

I suggest stay away fom the Casios and Kodaks. You never mentioned how much you plan to spend. Stay with the brands of Sony, Canon. Fuji, Olympus, Panasonic and Nikon. Check Website dpreview.com for reviews of many, many cameras and their prices.
