Re Digital cameras. Torn between the Canon s2 is and the Fuji s5200 both last year models.?

Read the expert opinions I could find, but I couldn't identify a "tiebreaker" i.e. some distinct advantage or deficiency of one over the other.
Would really appreciate some input, particularly if there's someone who is familiar with both.

I am only familiar with the S2 and have to say that I love it. It is great for people who are not pros but want some fantastic shots. The biggest seller for me was the optical zoom, and photo quality.
