Why will software not download for a Canon A560 camera.?

Every time I try to download the software for my camera so that i can download pictures from my camera to my computer it always says "the screen resolution to execute Digital Camera Solution Disk is not sufficient".Does anyone know how to fix it.

right click on desktop
click on settings
to change screen resolution
