I want a new memory chip for my Canon Powershot digital camera, the one i have now only holds around 30 pics, and i want one that will hold 100 or 150 (for traveling), or maybe more. where can i get one, and for a good price too? Most Canon Powershot Digital Cameras has a memory card slot for (SD) Secure digital memory cards, older Canons might use (CF) Compact Flash memory cards.
Smaller memory cards that can store 100-200 photos are becoming obsolete (512 MB & smaller), see this site to determine what capacity you want for your camera.

sometimes smaller memory cards actually more expensive because they're not in production anymore, but you can still find some good deals at www.ebay.com
Since memory cards are fairly cheap these days. You should get a 1-2 GB one in case you want to record a couple of video clips. A 1 GB SD card for $13. See this site.
http://www.supermediastore.com/search.ht... The one that holds 30 pics is the internal memory on your camera. Go to like your nearest Best Buy or Circuit City and ask them for a memory card for your camera. Since they Powershot has 4 megapixels with a 1 GB memory card you could have upwards of 800 pictures. Probably closer to 1000. The memory you are looking at is the internal memory. Go to your local walmart and purchase a card. They range from 256mb to 4gb which ranges from 120 picture and up. The prices ranges are defintely resonable. They go from $15 and up depending on the size. Make sure to go by the photo lab for more help. |
