Help me in buying a digital camera.?

I m thinking of buying one from any one of the following. Plz rank them on a scale of 0 to 10.

Canon PowerShot A540 Digital Camera
Canon PowerShot A530 Digital Camera
Nikon COOLPIX L1 Digital Camera
Nikon COOLPIX 5600 Digital Camera
Olympus FE-170 Digital Camera

In my opinion Canon PowerShot A-series is the best choice for compact. As for old models (Feb.2006) -- A540 has 35 mm - 140 mm (4x) zoom lens and 1/2.5 inch sensor with 6MP; A550, A560 and A570 (Jan, Feb 2007) has the same 35 mm - 140 mm (4x) zoom lens and 1/2.5 inch 7.1MP sensor. What's the difference?

The Nikon Coolpix L1 has the best optical zoom range and uses the standard SD memory card.

The Olympus uses a memory card that is only used by Olympus and Fujifilm cameras.

these cameras are pretty old. anyway, coolpix L1 is real crap as far as i know. i had coolpix L1 photos sent to me once. they were a lot of noise.

Nikon L1 is the best amongst these.
