What small slim digital camera is better Canon ,Sony, or Casio...or maybe some other brand? The new Fujfilm Finepix F30's are getting amazing reviews for their photography in low-light conditions, which is when you will often use a pocket camera. I'm thinking about getting one for myself. They are all rated good. Olympus, SONY, Canon, Nikon, Kodak. I have an Olympus 4Mg pixel that was rated great, but I'm not crazy about lag time between pushing the shutter and having it click. Most likely gets worse when the batteries run down. Flash really drains them fast. I would use Ni cads and charge them between use. I just got a Kodak 4mg pixel for my wife. It runs rings around my Olympus and the colors are noticeably more rich. If you are just starting out, go with a name brand and look for sales. Every new model drop the current model price. Get at least 4 mg pixel, flash, zoom, and easy to replace batteries and memory. Only Sony and Canon make decent pocket cameras. Canon edges out Sony in this market. |
