this camera is nearly new but bought in Bangkok and warranty not valid in UK, is it possible to download software patch for it thanks for info but card is unlocked and its 512 Mb, I think its a software problem but cant seem to get any proper advice jsut switch the lock off your media card, it's usually a little switch on the side of the card.
also ssome cameras do not support very large media cards, if the card you are using is more then 2GB, this is what might be causing the problem!!!! I'm sorry to say that it may be a computer problem! you will have to pay out of pocket!, I'm not aware of a software patch for it.
