Which is much better camera canon powershot sd 700is or canon Digital IXUS 800 IS?

im kinda confuse in this 2 cameras..what's the difference between the 2 cameras? i want the best! i dont care about the price i care about the quality of the camera that i'm gonna buy.. can anyone help me? thanks!

Powershot SD 700IS is the american name for the european IXUS 800 IS. There is no difference.
