The file size of the picture is 900kb but has no (zero) image size. How can I open the picture? what software do I use?
Arnold you should consider changing the image size on the camera. Otherwise, you will need image editing software to change the size of image files. If you have MS Office installed, you will probably already have MS Photo Editor. I've already used MsPhoto Editor and other softwares to open the pictures on my PC still I can't view them... What software do I use to open the pictures?
