Opinions about digital camera Canon Powershot a710?

Does anyone have any opinions about the Canon Powershot a710? How is color quality, zoom speed, shot-to-shot time, shutter lag (one of my main concerns), and general performance? Thanx everyone!!

I don't see what's not to like. 6X optical zoom,7 megapixels, just 1 second for next shot delay, has image stabilizer, and manual controls if you care to use them. The Canon A710IS is a fine camera.

everything is perfect except the flash recovery time

The A710 has been called "The Poor Man's G7."

Here's a link showing a chart of various cameras and their shutter lag as well as the time it takes to shoot five frames. You will not see any DSLR's listed, because they have no shutter lag. If you click on the column heading, such as "One Shot," the chart will sort according to that measurement.
