Hey, K thanks for answers so far -- I don't care which you buy - do NOT put a camera in jeans pockets! If they bend - they break. The choice on looking is personally. i like canon sd890 but sd790 is too great |

Have you installed the software? Is the camera turned off when you connect it? And then turned on once connected? Are the batteries adequately charged? If you have a card reader, use that instea...
