Canon and Cannon - Are they the same company? |
I always thought the manufacturer of my cooker and my digital camera were the same. Then I noticed that on my cooker it's spelt Cannon and on my camera, Canon with 1 N, and the website is with 1 N. It's strange how Cannon are allowed by such a huge worldwide company as Canon to use that name. And how Cannon uses the same font and looks the same as the Canon logo! Canon makes cameras and hi-tech electronic gagdets. Cannon makes cookers and other appliances. They're two different companies. They are not the same company. Cannon cookers are made in Staffordshire by Cannon industries 1865. there diffrent. You think that's strange go to Wales & ask for a sparky called "Jones" !! |
