when i shut the camera the lens dont close.and it dosnt go in it stays out. Did you drop it? Assuming that you have a good battery, and the motor is also good, the lens has jumped off its track. If it's in warranty take it in to be serviced. If not, you can fix it yourself if you're mechanically inclined but you'd have to disassemble it completely. |
