How to set custom white balance in a Canon 40D? |
I have a canon 40D and i would like to know how to set up the correct white balance. I am looking basically on how to set up the camera (tv, av, auto,etc) in order to take the base picture that will be the one to set up the custom white balance. I know how to set up the custom white balance, what i do not know is how to take the picture of the white piece of paper since the camera is not properly balanced yet. That information should be in the Owner's Manual. You might find the "Magic Lantern" instructional DVD about your camera helpful. It's on page 68 of your manual. rtfm,it's in there |
