Want to upgrade my digital camera. I currently have a base model Canon. I want a camera with fast snapping time (my current model has a big lag time btw photos) and good digital zoom. I'd like to spend under $300. I'm currently looking at the Canon A630, which offers a nice 8mp, but only 4x optical zoom. OR, the Kodak Z612, which has 12x zoom, but only 6.1 mp. Any thoughts on this? the 612 has alot of controls and settings
