Try Ctrl-Z if you did it in Windows explorer, or explore the Recycle bin if that doesn't help. Otherwise, I think you're sunk.

Depending on how important the files are, try a program called "media Rescue Pro". It is a free trial download. Just Google Media Rescue Pro.
