Casio Exilim: Uploading Pictures?

How can I upload pictures from a Casio Exilim EX-S600 if I have lost my transfer cable and they were saved to the camera's internal memory, not a digital card?

ask your parents if u raise the money 2 get cable if they can get it installed.....
