Has anyone ever fixed your own digital camera successfully? |
I have a Casio Exilim EX-Z120 with the lens stuck. I've tried batteries in/out, memory card in/out, I may have accidentally bumped it, if I did it was so light I didn't even know it, as I know this is the biggest No-No. It's frozen and only attempts to come on. $ is my factor for fixing it on my own, as I know that replacing the camera is only $3.00 more than repairing w/manuf. Found a repair manual on ebay, but don't know if it's worth it to try. Thank You in advance for your answer. i have the same camera... you might just want to replace it. i am not sure how you fix it. go ahead and replace the camera if it's only $3.00 to replace over repairing. Replace the camera. Anthing you buy today will have more fetures and be alot easer to use. I use a kodak point and shoot I purchased for about 95.00 in wal mart. Its great.and easy to use. I also have a olympus E500 that I use it all depends on what you want to do with a camera. |
