Can you repair a digital camera if it has been dropped?

the camera will not power on after it was dropped. It also doesn't communicate with my computer. Just wondering if it could be fixed. It is a Casio Exilim Ex-z57.

i wouldnt bother. get a new camera

send it back in to Casio
