i have a casio exilim and i think my hand was in front of where the lens comes out so that now half of the retracting lens is out more than the other side. and it wont go back in. i turn it on and get a clicking/buzzing and then it says lens error. but i can still view pictures .. what can i do? im dead if my parents find out i broke yet another camera Sorry kid, the book has no easy fix for this. If it's still under warranty phone the company for instructions. Otherwise you've got nothing else to lose and you are already looking at a high repair bill so I would recommend trying some gentle force. Maybe you can press or pull one side of the lens until it snaps back where it belongs. Good luck! |
