Is the Samsung NV3 a good digital camera to buy?

I'm totally clueless! This may sound weird but i want a pretty camera not an ugly dull looking one! This Samsung looks promising! It has an MP3 player and a text viewer on it! Is there any similar camera that may have a better quality? If you have this camera feel free to convince me. Also are the Casio Elixim ( I think that is what they are called?) any good?

Most seem to say the image quality is mediocre and noise is an issue.

For pretty much the same money, you might make out beter with the Canon Powershot SD1000. It's not as dramatic as the NV3, perhaps, but you need to see it in person to appreciate its beauty.
