If its the lens (that thing that sticks out of the front of the camera) that is broken then you're in the market for a new camera.

Make sure there is new batteries in it or recharge the batteries and if there is still something wrong i would take it to where you bought it and have them have a looksie

it might mean that the battery is not in there just right try to take it out and put it back in or maybe its supposed to blink and it will go green solid when its done
