Im new to a computer,how do i send photos ~~~,?

through my e-machine computer,do i need a scanner? and what is the running cost for one.i have a casio e-slim digital camera with all the cable wires,but im at a lost as to where to start.the camera came with a cd,rom. what do i do? thank you.

Install the camera driver software first by inserting the CD into the CD-ROM Drive.

- Next you can take photos and save it on your camera.
- Connect the USB cable on your camera and unto the PC's USB slot. (Notice that connection to computer is much bigger than that of the camera.)
- Your computer will automatically detect the hardware after connection. (this is why installing the software is important)
- There will be instructions on the screen that will prompt.
- Just read and comprehend you'll get through it.

send photo where? through what? which OS?Windows? Linux? MacOS?

the cd-rom has the software for your camera put that in your computer 1st. and follow the instructions.the cord that you have will plug into your computer in the usb port (small flat rectangle opening ) then you will get some kine of thing pop up on your screen when you plug it in. have fun

if you have a cd rom with your computer then insert it and follow the instructions if it is only a software to edit photos or you don't have a cd then just connect the camera to the computer and let windows find it and install it

does your camera have ability to directly hook up to your computer? if it does connect it and it should give you the option to download to a folder or desktop.
if not google your camera and how you can download to your computer.. you dont need a scanner unless you have a real actual photo.

but once you have a pic on your computer when you go to your email it gives you the option to attach when your sending so you just attach the pic after you hit attach and browse for the pic, select it and send it.
