My Casio Exilim Optical 3x camera got dropped so help me fix it?

My camera broke because my dog bit it. Now the screen is white when i turn it on but the rest of the camera works. The cool thing is when i hook it up to the computer i can still see the pics. I still wanna fix the camera so how do i do it. Do u know any people in NY who can help. Please i mean if idont fix it my moms gunna kill me. LOL

The warranty doesn't cover abuse and dropping it and the dog biting it is abuse. Don't try to take it back to the store and return it, because that is completely dishonest. And they will know it is broken. You could call the company and see how much it would cost to get it fixed. But I'm thinking you would be spending more money than it's worth.

Confess to your mom what happened. I would be willing to bet that she won't kill you! And next time, use the wrist strap when you are using a camera, and when you aren't using it, put it up someplace safe.

I'm sorry your camera is broken.

My camera is somewhat doing the same thing expect the screen is black and I can still scroll to see my pics from my memory card. The only thing I can suggest is calling the manufactor. That's what I plan on doing. The cost of it getting fixed through them, I don't know yet. Or call around to local camera stores. Sorry not much else to help, except to assure you I have the same problem right now and it isn't good when I use my camera alot for my business.

If its under warranty send it in & get it fixed. If it isn't, buy the same camera & return the broken one for your money back. Otherwise you are SOL!!
