the best quality digital pictures from camera??? walmart, walgreens, sam's , kinko's?? who has the cheapest prices and best pictures??

i think walmart has the cheapest prices. they are pretty good quality too i always get my pictures from them....you can choose walmart or kodak- which is better quality and it is pretty cheap!
