Can anyone make some good suggestions?

I am looking to buy a decent yet relatively cheap digital camcorder so I can make web videos and movies. I dont have a whole lot of money to spend so I am looking to get the best cam for the money. Can anyone make some good suggestions on what kind of camera I can buy? Like what brand and model it is and possibly a price range. Thanks I appreciate it.
