Am I spoiled? I am 14 and all my clothes are from department stores and sometimes boutiques. I have a few designer bags like 1 chanel and a dior and a dior wallet. then i have some cheap coach ones. i am not here to brag. I know i am not super rich it is just that kids at school make fun of me and say that i am a spoiled brat. anyway, i have a computer in my room and a slvr l7 and also a laptop. i am pretty popular at school but i am kind of losing my popularity because people dont like that i have more than them. i also have the new ipod nano and a pink digital camera. and a silver video camera. most of my shoes are just like rocket dog or nine west, i dont like to splurge on shoes. so what do you think? am i spoiled? No. When I was little I thought jeans were supposed to cost 200 dollars. I didn't even know what stores like dillards and macy's are. But now that I'm older (21 instead of 13), I actually prefer to buy cheaper clothes because I've gotten so sick of people coming up to me and being like, "oh my god, is that marc jacobs?" Honestly, just because you recognize a brand doesn't mean you're cool. Now I wear H&M and Nordstroms brand. I'm also way into Target's special lines they do with high class designers. So my advice to you dear is: even though your parents will buy you whatever you want, try to buy things that aren't going to make all your friends jealous. Girls at your age are bitchy and you don't want them spreading stuff about you just because their parents can't afford to give them the newest D&G tote. So just tone down the brand wear for a little bit, or save it for special occasions. rocket dog is expensive, i hate those shoes, anyway just dont be friends with them they're just jealous...鈾?/div>

Those are the kinds of things you should ask yourself. If you you're spoiled, then you demand the items that you have and you don't show appreciation for the things you have. You are fortunate to have parents who love you. Feel lucky and loved. Maybe not. Your parents can afford you to buy anything you pleases because they loves you. But for second thoughts why not ask your parents not to buy things that are not so necessary to your needs at this moment of your age. Instead tell your parents to put a savings in your account so that someday you will need that money for your further education and some important needs someday. Spoiled is not a matter of how much you have or what you have but it is about the fact that you keep wanting more and more. If your friends are leaving you are they really your friends? I know that I don't get half of what you do but if you don't brag about what you have or flaunt it then you are not really spoiled. But why don't you think about hitting a store like wal mart of something less fancy? One can be rich, owns lots of material stuff and remain humble. Of course there is a question like why does a 14 year old like yourself need all these branded. Some have parents are too busy with work and have no time for their kids, so they use $$ to compensate. Some have rich parents who are brand consiencious, driven by material wants, then obviously their kids will likely be the same. And some kids just want to have what other kids don't, to show off or gain attention. Truth is, if you used to getting what you ask for, and goes into a hissy fit when you don't, then you are spoilt. five minutes ago you were poor and shopped at kmart. No. well, a bit, but i am spoiled too, mostly jsut from dance class and piano lol dance costs 30 dolors for a 45 minniue lesson and my pino lessions cost 15 dolors for a 30 minute lesson, and i also have a tv with cable and i jsut have alot of stuff, lol but yeha ur a bit spoiled |
