have no instruction booklet and cant find manufacturers or suppliers for these cameras but they were cheap second hand. they are silver and blue with underwater housing and have mayhem outdoor written on the front. they bear a striking resemblance to ones selling on ebay called Jazz cameras. Their old website has been taken down for "redesign", which might mean that they have gone bust

However, there is a link to their old catalogue:

unfortunately, no phone numbers.
They look like an importer of cheap far eastern manufactured trendy goods but the biggest seller they seem to have at the moment is a kids ride on water scooter, the MAYHEM ZS30 AQUA . Dixons sell this so they may have contact details. The Amazon link below has sellers of other Mayhem products, who might be able to help.
Your camera has a non-expandable memory, so this means that it cannot take a removable card. This means that somewhere on the camera is a USB connection socket to connect it by wire to your computer. As it is in a sealed waterproof housing I would bet that the socket has a very well sealed plug which needs to be removed to get access, or else the whole housing needs to be opened up to get access. There will be a USB symbol on the plug or socket: three little lines forking out.

Once you have found this socket on the camera, you need the cable to connect it up. Do you have this? If not you could take the camera to a camera shop like Jessops or even Comet/Dixons/Currys and see if they have USB cables which fit the socket.
There are a range of possible connections. My cameras and video are all different but there must be some standards.
