Is this a good camera. I see it going real cheap and cant help but wonder if it is worth it.?

it doesnt look like a good buy. i am an avid photographer and i got my camera at macys and it works great but they are expensive so they might not be in your budget. Try Walmart, they are cheep but have great products. But i recommed a FujiFilm they are probaly the best.

The shipping and handling and tax, if any, will cost you about $60.00. If this were a 12 megapixel digital camera, I would say that is an incredible deal. However, if it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't. Also, the bidding may go up. I have never used ebay so I'm not familiar with the bidding system, but couldn't the final bid be in the hundreds of dollars?

12 megapixels is very, very good resolution. It is magazine cover quality resolution. Since there is money back guarantee, I suppose it would be worth it, but like I said, it sounds to me to be too good to be true.

As far as ratings go, 98% are positive, but over time there have been some negative ratings: Here's one of them, which I think would be well to keep in mind as far as returning the product goes:

How can they be poor quality if the resoultion is 12 megapixels. Impossible. Maybe MP stands for something else (12 Mediocre Pictures per memory stick?)

personally i wouldnt trust any no-name brand camera... in fact, i would stick with either Cannon, Sony, or Kodak, (or some other trusted brand like those) i personally have a Cannon Powershot SD 550 and it is great
