Here is a nice fuji on tigerdirect.com,
I have owned this camera and it worked great for my beginner needs. I dropped it a few times and it still worked.
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/... Hello Ann,
Most cameras these days all have an adequate megapixel rating. Even a 3Mp camera is fine if you don't need supersized enlargements.
Things like lens quality and specifications are much more important. A good zoom range with a low wide angle spec is useful, a large viewfinder screen is valuable as well.
If you are on a budget maybe a late model second hand camera would be a better option for you. Check the classifieds for second hand camera prices - maybe you will find a bargain.
Ebay is OK also but you need to know your prices.
Good luck shopping.
Shalom!
