I need a new digital camera which 1 puts borders on the pictures?

i need 1 like the yashica ez digital 5031 but cheaper

get a nokia......camera manufacturer (canon, nikon, sony.....)dont waste their time and energy on a silly feature like that....u can try some editin softwares like photoshop....

I dont know any cameras for sure which have such a feature but it is present in one of the Sony range. But Sony can get expensive so u might just want to try an image editing software.(many of them come free!) Ask me if u dont find any softwares and i may get u one.
