Where is the best place and cheapest place to get a digital camera?

Wal Mart has a good variety at reasonable prices.

The best place is the place with the best sale. That being said, certain brands have minimum prices which they allow their products to be sold for. Some stores may charge more, but they are not allowed to charge below the price set by the manufacturer, therefore, waiting/looking for a sale is a waste of time (but look around at the camera model which you like to become familiar with prices). I buy most of my photographic equipment from B&H Photo (www.bhphotovideo.com). They have great prices, trustworthy, ship items quickly, and fix any problems easily and fast. I would recommend them highly.

If you don't mind buying online, I'd recommend www.pricewatch.com That way you can find the cheapest deal that meets certain criteria (like the number of pixels, or the power of the zoom lense).

Wal-Mart is the Place to go LOL...but pricewatch.com is aesome too so try both of them...With Wal-Mart you dont have to wait for it to be shipped to you.....
