What is a really good, but cheap digital camera?

i want a digital camera but my parents are to cheap to buy me one. i thought i could save up, but i dont really get money that often, so yah.

check the ads each week from Target, Circuit City, and Best Buy. They have specials on point and shoot digitals nearly every week. So do Staples, Office Depot, and Office Max.
