I'm looking for a cheap digital camera for my daughter.?

My daughter is nearly 6 years old and she's interested in taking photo's all the time, she has an old style camera the requires film and it is an expensive little hobby for her. I have looked at the fisher price kid tough digital camera but I do not have the confidence in their products after something stopped working after just over 12 months and they wouldn't warrant it. I just need a light weight cheap camera, approx 3 megapixels. no zoom or anything exciting. I need suggestions, can anyone please help.

Hmmm.. Six, eh? It seems like it'd be quite the challenge to get something that won't completley die when dropped. [Which I'm guessing is quite likely to happen.] My friend dropped my camera and it completely stopped working altogether. Hmm.. Try looking on amazon.com, they have loads of cameras. Maybe you could find a drop-proof one? =] Tell your kiddo I said 'good-luck' on the picture taking, it's totally my favorite hobby.
