RESULTS:
Event 1) NGW Debut show begins now! The show starts with a recap showing everyone advancing in the tournament last night. The camera pans to the ring and shows Teddy Long standing in the middle of the ring. He announces that tonight every NGW title will be won tonight! He starts to leave the ring when hes interrupted by Kurt Angle. Angle talks crap about how Big Show got a cheap win and that he should be in the main event. Teddy says that they are gonna need a #1 contender, so tonight were gonna have a triple threat match for the #1 contender spot! Kurt Angle vs Chris Jericho vs Matt Hardy! Good Luck Playa!
Event 2) Woman鈥檚 Championship: Angelina Love and Velvet Sky deliever a double DDT to Melissa after Beth close lines Mickie and Gail out of ring and then goes after them. Love covers Melissa for the win! Love and Sky celbrate until Awesome Kong makes her way to the ring! Sky and Love grab the title and run, to make a statement Kong picks up Cheerleader Melissa and hit鈥檚 a devastating Awesome Bomb!

Event 3) Shelton Benjamen comes out talking trash about management saying AJ isn鈥檛 even in his league, and he stole the win! He brags on and on and mentions that he is the perfect mix of high-risk wrestling, technical wrestling, and hardcore wrestl鈥?Hes cut off by Necro Butcher*
Event 4) Benjamin wins with the T-Bone Suplex after a tough weapon filled match, afterwards, he sees AJ clapping at the entrance at the entranceway.
Winner: Shelton Benjamen
Event 5) Intercontinental Championship: Aries gets dominated most of the match but towards end he starts to get the momentum even hitting a painful 450 splash on Paul, but it was Katie Leas interference that costed Aries the match. Afterword as Katie Lea and Paul Burchill begin to celebrate the are attacked by Mike Knox who beats Paul down and as Katie comes to his aid nearly hit鈥檚 a STO on her before Paul comes to the rescue and runs.
Winner: Paul Burchill
Event 6) High risk, high flying match. Ends with Yang hitting a pelay on Human Tornado for the win.
Winner: Jimmy Wang Yang
Event 7) More physical, technical kind of cruiserweight wrestling which saw Noble making Chavo tap.
Winner: Jamie Noble
Event 8) X-Division Championship: Senshi dominates the whole match even to the end where he hit鈥檚 a foot stomp on Danails before being attacked from behind and tossed out of the ring by Sydal who covers Danails and steals the win!
Winner: Matt Sydal
Event 9) Tag Team Championships: Four Corners Match: Back and forth match between all four teams, ends with Homicide, Jay, Domino, and Morrison in the ring. Domino 鈥渃racks Homicide in the mouth鈥?and then is attacked by Jay who locks on an Indian Death lock. Morrison hit鈥檚 a elbow drop from across the ring on Homicide, and covers.
Winners: Miz and Morrison
Event 10) Matt Hardy is injured early on by Angle鈥檚 Angle Lock. In the end Angle powers out of the Walls of Jericho and goes for an Angle Lock but Jericho pulls out rolls out of the way, goes for a roll up. Angle kicks out and walks into a Codebreaker for the win.
Winner: Chris Jericho
Main Event) Universal Championship: 20 Man Battle Royal
1st out: Jimmy Jacobs is eliminated by the double team of Edge and Christian
2nd out: AJ Styles is eliminated by the double team of Edge and Orton
3rd out: Burke is eliminated by Samoa Joe
4th out: Jeff Hardy is eliminated by Samoa Joe
5th and 6th out: Kofi Kingston and Takeshi eliminate each other
7th out: CM Punk is eliminated by the double team of Cage and Edge
8th out: Scott Steiner is eliminated by Joe
9th and 10th out: Sabin and Shelley are eliminated by Big Show
11th out: Bryan Danialson is eliminated by Joe
12th out: Joe is eliminated by the double team of Edge and Orton
13th and 14th out: Show and Kane try to eliminate each other and are attacked by Orton, Cage and Edge
FINAL 6:
With Carlito, HBK, and Sting all down. Orton and Cage both look at Edge, wondering whose side he's going to take. Edge stands there cocky for a sec and then Cage and Orton simultaneously double clothesline Edge out of the ring. Edge gets up quickly and tries to go back in, but the refs stop him. He hovers around the ring watching the rest of the match.
15th out: Edge by the double team of Orton and Cage
Cage and Orton both beat down on a hurt HBK and are joined by Carlito. They stand confused and then throw Carlito out!
16th out: Carlito by the double team of Orton and Cage
Sting comes to the aid of Shawn. Sting and Cage battle as Orton and Shawn battle. Cage is thrown to the corner and hit by a stinger splash. But Cage grabs him and hold there for a sec as Edge goes to eliminated Sting. As this is going on HBK hits SCM on Orton and then on Edge who accidently pulls Cage out instead. Shawn helps Sting stay back in.
17th out: Christian by Edge
Shawn turns around into a dropkick by Orton and falls out of the ring!
18th out: HBK by Orton
FINAL 2:
Orton and Sting battle back and forth. At one point Sting goes for a Stinger Splash but Orton avoides it then hits an RKO. And picks up Sting and drags him to the ropes. Sting begins to fight back. Edge sneaks in and tries to spear Sting out but Sting steps out of the way and Edge slides right out of the ring but the distraction is enough for Orton who throws Sting to outside of the apron then hits an RKO to send Sting to the floor!
Winner and Universal Champion: Randy Orton!

NEW SHOW:
Event 1) NGW begins now! The show starts with a recap showing all the title matches form last week including Orton becoming the first Universal Champion. Then the titantron shows Teddy in his office. He says he has a lot of important announcements first he tells us that NGW is being rushed and that the first real PPV, Backlash, is tomorrow so we will find all the #1 contenders tonight. He says the Universal Title match between Orton and Jericho is being changed to a Triple Threat match also featuring鈥ting!!! He tells us that Kurt Angle will go one on one with Matt Hardy after what happened last night. The X-divison match at Backlash is a rematch of last night. The rest of the matches will be decided tonight! Holla Holla Holla!
Event 2) AJ Styles vs. Necro Butcher - Shelton Benjamen was at ringside
Event 3) Awesome Kong vs. Velvet Sky vs. ODB vs. Mickie James -Whoever gets pinned is out and the other three will meet Love in a fatal four way for the title at Backlash.
Event 4) Kurt Angle vs. Big Show
Event 5) After the match Matt Hardy attacks Angle after the match and puts on a head scissors announcing at Backlash it鈥檚 a submission match!
Event 6) Matt Classic makes his debut. He challenges anyone that lost in the battle royal to come out and 鈥渓ose again鈥? Sabin and Shelley come out.
Event 7) Handicap match: Matt Classic vs. Sabin and Shelley
Event 8) Deuce and Domino vs. The Dudleys vs. The Briscoes vs. LAX
Event 9) Mike Knox vs. Austin Aries - Burchill attacks and bloodies the winner
Event 10) The Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase comes out reveals that he helped pay for NGW to become what it is today and that he has a lot of power in this company. He says that he isn鈥檛 happy with the lack of titles Teddy introduced last night and that at Backlash he will reveal two new NGW titles! And he will be the man to pick the competitors!
Event 11) Samoa Joe vs. Umaga
Event 12) Cage and Edge come out and announce that they are reunited! They are interrupted by鈥re you ready?!?!?! DUN DUN!
