Which new car should I buy? |
I am pregnant with my second child and due in a few weeks. I am needing a family sized car that I can get two kids in that gets good gas mileage. I also need it to have a good cargo area, because I am a photographer and haul lots of equipment for work. Anyone have any suggestions? I am liking the Dodge Caliber and the Pontiac Vibe as of now. Any other suggestions along these lines would be majorly helpful! Thanks! Those are pretty good choices. I can reccommend a Vibe because one of my friends recently bought one and is pleased with it. However, I would also like to suggest that you take a look at small hybrid SUVs, such as the Toyota Highlander Hybrid or the Ford Escaoe Hybrid. Since they are SUVs, they have plenty of room for cargo and passengers. In fact, the new Highlander Hybrid is bigger than the past models, and comes with a third row of seats. However, if you do not want an SUV, I think the Vibe would be a better choice than the Caliber. a safe vehicle would be a ford e-150 van, it is a tank and has alot of space for whatever you have to haul Ford Freestyle. Very roomy and pretty good gas mileage. Have you considered the mazda 5 or kia rondo? They are bigger (can fit up to 7 people) , taller that the caliber/vibe yet economical. but if you're set on those ill pick the vibe it's toyota made hence more reliable I know a lit of people won't like this answer, but you should look at the new Taurus. They are roomy, and they get pretty good gas mileage. well the caliber is a great car, but, the leg room in the back is not the best. maybe take a look at somthing a little bit bigger such as a pontiac torrant, or a chevrolet trailblazer which is a little bit bigger then a torrant. good luck!
