Privacy rights when placing child's photograph on a website? |
Does a photographer have to get the permission from a childs parents to place a child's photograph on a website and sell photos the photograghs placed on the website? Yes they do have to have the parent sign a permission slip. I know they do that at Sears / JC Penny. The only way they don't have to do it is if the photos are password protected on the internet. |
